Student Bursary Award
Would €1,500 help with college expenses?
Are you commencing college this year? If so don’t forget to sign up for Bagenalstown Credit Union’s Student Bursary scheme. This scheme awards one member of Bagenalstown Credit Union Ltd who is commencing a full time third level course of at least three years duration a bursary of €1500 for each year of study for a maximum of three years.
Application forms are available in the credit union office and also at the link below.
Applicants for the bursary must be members of Bagenalstown Credit Union prior to July 1st in the year of commencing college and must provide evidence that they have accepted their course offering in year one and are continuing in subsequent years.
The award is not performance based i.e. it will not be based on leaving certificate results and selection of the winner will be conducted in public and drawn for the list of entries and all applicants will have an equal chance of winning.
The closing date for applications is September 21st and the winner of the bursary will be announced shortly thereafter. Terms and conditions apply and these are on the application form.
